Love the series, .... bought the pre-release.
Wondering how long I have to download the videos ... can I take my time time or do I need to get it done by a certain date?
Thanks for the kind comments! Once you purchase a download you have 7 days in which to pick up / download your complete order. If for any reason you are not able to do this we can manually re-set it for you of course, but 7 days is the default.
OK - I just bought the entire series (pre-buy DVD) and it is telling me I have 15 minutes to download the sections? My computer is getting jammed up trying to get them all...!
can't wait till I get the actual dvds so i can just sit and watch!

No, you have 7 days, honest! The files will automatically re-populate so don't worry at all.
