I have purchased the recording a choir section, as well as sections 1-6 (paid for one twice, but thats ok). I downloaded the first 4 with no problem, but on the MIDI section and the Noise Gate section I was unable to complete a download, it would get anywhere from 1/4 to 3/4 complete, then halt. Even after leaving it on all night they would not budge. This happened every time I tried to download, rom different computers or networks. Now they are gone from my account. I was planning on purchasing all three sections, but if I can't download them what is the point. How can you help me?

We'll look into this right away of course. Seems strange that the first four downloaded OK as all the videos are exactly the same format. It may be an issue with your service provider but we'll investigate and make sure you get everything.
I doubt it was my service provider as I tried from different locations. It would halt at anywhere from 10% complete to 80% complete. I appreciate your looking into it.
You can add me to the list of people having downloads too. I don't know who came up with this idea of link expiring in 15 minutes. I bought into the whole series and cna't even get one video to download. I could certinly use some help here.

I was having a problem downloading the Bass segment. I think the issue there is possibly with your video link. When I click on Bass Download it opens the web page and the video seems to automatically start. This seems to stop the download. I have had no problems downloading the other topics and was even able to get the Bass download when I immediately stopped the video from playing.
The Mircophone download had the same issue.

As long as you have access to the pages, you can reload and a new link will be created, giving you another 15 minutes.
There are many factors which can have an affect on downloading large files. All of these files are hosted on Amazon servers, which work well most of time but can have local issues for people at certain times. I would recommend trying at a different time of day, particularly if you are on a cable broadband connection.
If your time is going to run out and you still haven't finished all our downloads, just contact us and we'll make sure you have enough time.
On another note - some browsers are or can be configured to autoplay certain media types. If the download link is trying to autoplay in your browser, try right-clicking the link instead and then selecting Save As...

I've noticed the video automatically begins streaming sometimes. What I do in this case is click "Pause" on the embedded viewer or even just clicking on the video. This stops the video from playing (don't know if it stops the streaming) but I've never had a problem downloading the files once the video is paused.
