I purchased the DVD set over a week ago and I have not recieved a shipping confirmation. The "order created/completed" status does not provide much information. Is the DVD shipping or are you still in duplication?
Yes we are still in 'pre-order' mode for the DVD, which is why we are still offering the 30% discount. The next batch of 6 Sections will be uploaded very shortly and the final batch approximately 1 month after that with the physical DVD hot on its heels by that time of course.
For all those pre-ordering the DVD, as soon as the latest batch is uploaded you will be able to download the new videos immediately. They will automatically appear in your My purchases page.

We'd recommend you take advantage of the pre-release discount of 33% while it's still on offer, in which case you'll have the DVDs coming but can have a view of the downloads 'free' at any time you wish.
