That's actually an interesting question and one we have not specifically addressed, I believe. We have tried to price everything to be both fair and let everyone do/get what they want when/how they want it.
If you purchase all of the material in '6-pack' (download-only) packages it'd actually come out at less than the physical pre-order DVD price. But we can look into letting people upgrade to the DVD for a cost that's not too different, yes.

I am trying to decide how to purchase the next 6 videos. I would really like to buy the DVD series but I am hoping you would be willing to credit at least part of the first $20 I paid for the first set towards the DVD's .
We are in the middle of uploading the next batch of videos and, hopefully, this issue will be addressed by the time that is complete. We do feel it's great idea to be able to apply 6-pack price to the full DVD but we are still working on the 'back end' in order to let you do that!

Great! I going to go ahead and buy the DVD's. When you guys get this worked out, I assume I get get some kind of reimbursement for the first set?
