My Downloads are not available to me.

Hi guys,

I was able to download 2 videos yesterday and the day before. However today I cannot see the content or links to download the other files! It actually says there is no content available to me or something along those lines.

Any ideas?

Make sure you are logged in, go to My Purchases and then re-load the page. New links to your files should then be generated for you to download.

Let us know if that works OK.
