Hi I hope you can help. I purchased the downloads on June 6th and have been downloading them a few at a time but the buttons just seem to hang now when pressed. And several I left downloading had failed when I returned to the laptop.
I do have a very slow transfer rate where I live, but the first 7 or 8 seemed to download just fine.
ps. The ones I have watched so far is massively useful!!

Yes, some of the Sections are pretty large and these are probably the ones that are hanging. If you are still able to try to download them then hopefully they will do so eventually. If you have a very slow connection then you really might need to consider hopping over to getting the DVD and we can work with you on that if it becomes an insoluble problem.
