I just did the online download order and really was confused because of the file naming conventions used. I don't know who named the files but they aren't very good at organizing them in an orderly fashion and had them not numbered correctly at all. After a little looking around on Alan's website, I found the DVD list and renamed all the files to match how they appear on the DVDs and listed them below so you can copy and paste the actual name of the files in an orderly fashion.
Here's the list of what the files SHOULD be named and ordered like (total of 24 Files):

Thanks very much for your insight. Our video cloud manager made it very difficult for us to make changes to the original file names. Even though we modified metadata and name attributes, the downloads continued to stick with the confusing file names. The only solution at the moment is to re-upload all of the downloads with the modified file names. This is a lengthy process, but we have started it tonight.
