Thanks for posting and thanks for ordering! We are presently in the final stages of the final Sections of the series. Once these last six Sections are posted, which should be by the end of the month, the DVD will be right around the corner.
We very, very much appreciate the patience and support of those who have pre-ordered the DVD. Completing this project to everyone's satisfaction is a mighty undertaking but we are focused on making the best material we can, even if this can cause a certain amount of frustration!
Weren't these promised to be released in June at some point?.. I'd really like to hear some sort of information on an actual time frame for the release of something I've paid for, as it's now July, and no mention at all of what's going on.
Well, it probably did, and by quite some considerable distance! But no matter, people's concerns are 100% legitimate and we're doing our best to get everything out to everyone. We have the final two Sections waiting to be uploaded to the site (Vocals should have gone/be going up today) so once this happens, which should be within days, that will mean 100% of the material is finished and available for online view. Final testing and duplication of the DVD will be as speedy as it possibly can be but we don't want to promise a ship date until we get that from our duplicators and assembly people. We do so much appreciate everyone's patience and we are almost, almost there!
I've really enjoyed the portions I've watched so far and am also looking forward to the same two missing sections. If the DVD's are done now, doesn't that imply that all the sections are complete? Perhaps this is an oversight that needs to be corrected to get those last two sections available for downloading?
And if we only have a week to download the sections after purchasing, how does that work with sections like these that are not yet available during that week?
Everything in the series is complete and available online. If you do not see the final two sections in your MyPurchases you may simply need to refresh. If that doesn't work please contact info@keyfax.com and we can do a manual reset.
Although we give a week for downloads thats only security issue. Anyone who has purchased can always request a manual reset.
