Yeah, but the difference is that you ordered before the DVDs were released. They've already been released, so as far as I'm concerned it's entirely reasonable to have expected them to ship by now.
FYI, I called today to ask where they were and it seems I was incorrect: the DVDs are only now in replication. I was under the impression they were already shipping. I was told they'll be shipping out at the end of the month.
I've been waiting since January. In fact, my order history shows my order as complete and yet I have received nothing. The order claims to have shipped via USPS but I have received nothing. It's been a very long wait with some nice videos to pass the time with, but still I wait for the DVD set. Can I get someone to check on this please?
Hello - we have tried to keep in communication with all pre-order customers but we do appreciate that not every piece of information may have got through to everyone. DVDs will commence shipping week of 27th Sept and we anticipate everything will be shipped out by the end of that week.
I ordered 17th July, and still no DVD's. I am not sure how "every piece of information may have got through to everyone" when surely you can email us all on the mailing list ? We got emails to advertise the sale and take our money, so why not to keep us informed about shipping by the same means ? Seems to me looking at the forum there are a lot of frustrated customers, not informed about what is going on, no DVD's still, and the shipping was supposed to start on 27th Sept ? Only 2 people on the forum have said theirs have arrived, and both have complained about the poor packaging.........!!

Your package did in fact ship out, and tracking was sent to the email on your order. It shipped out the 8th, and since you are outside the United States, you can expect 6-10 business days for its arrival (unless you paid for express mail shipping, which it appears you did not). You are more than welcome to email us for another copy of your tracking if you'd like. orders@keyfax.com

The week of 9/27 has come and gone. The email containing a tracking number has not been received and the DVDs have not arrived. Another communication from ASSR would be greatly appreciated.

We completed shipping all pre-release orders last week so if anyone has neither received their order nor received notification and tracking details please contact orders@keyfax.com in case there has been a problem with your order. We have had one or two changes of address, missing emails etc but we will respond immediately if an order has gone missing or something.
I have the same question. I ordered on August 13 but have yet to hear anything about the DVDs being shipped twelve days later.
Don't sweat it. I ordered december 22, 2009, so waiting for 12 days is really not that much...
