of pitch correction on them. Very few people will own up to it, and most of the time the
vocal is not processed to the extent that you have the "Auto tune" effect. Even live shows
are processed now. Not as much as on recordings, but it is not as rare as one might think.

It is part of the current trend that we want everything to be pristine and perfect,
so we record in dead spaces, each part is done on it's own. and the life is processed
out of every part. Katey Perry is a fine example. Her songs sound amazingly
lifeless and mechanical. This is not a criticism of the material or her performance,
just the current aesthetic.
