Shipping will continue all week and we hope to have everything cleared and dispatched by the end of the week though we are not giving an absolute promise on that. We'll simply be doing our best.

We did send an email to all those who have pre-ordered saying that shipping would commence Monday 27th, which it did. You should have got this communication but apologies if you didn't.
Shipping is from California, and is via the means you selected when you placed your order. Checking with our shipping dept. we can see that your order has indeed shipped. Maybe check your spam folder as UPS delivery notifications come from QuantumView.
Let us know if you need more help of course but your order is already in transit.

Shipping is progressing as fast as we can and, yes, a lot of international orders have shipped. We're hearing that the USPS is not quite as efficient as UPS in terms of sending out tracking notices but everything is in the system and seems to be arriving safely. We'll send out a notice once everything we have has been shipped but we're a little ways off that right now so if you have not got a tracking notice that probably just means your order is still being processed.
I'm in the UK and just had a letter from Parcel Force saying they have my package at the depot but I have to pay them £30 ($48) customs duty before they'll deliver it.
That doesn't sound right. Obviously individual countries may apply their own import taxes but this seems incredibly high. We will look into this and report back.

I'm in Croatia. I've preordered DVD's 14th of August. I'm in Croatia...I've got no e-mail(s) about shipping or anything. When I can expect the DVD's??? Can you help me with this?!
I've received no email regards delivery and certainly haven't had anything drop through the door. Could you tell me when my copy was sent?
I'm also a bit concerned regards the above post and the apparent 'import' charge in the UK - an update regards this aspect would be very much appreciated.
All International orders have shipped but we are aware that the USPS may not have sent email notification to everyone.
Since the final orders only went out last week we ask that international customers wait maybe until Thursday before contacting orders@keyfax to confirm that your order is on its way.

I've received no email update. How do I know if my order is shipped? And what state are they shipping from?

I ordered In April and have not received any tracking info and I live in Arizona so shipping should be fairly quick to me. I'm sorry, May.
