I am having a lot of problems downloading files that I have paid for. The files start to download and then pauses about half way through, very frustrating. I was able to download 3 files ( Delays, Midi & Choir) but only after trying about 20 times and now I have no luck at all. My ADSL line is fine on all other downloads it just seems to be yours. I still have 3 files that I have paid for which I can’t download. I was going to purchase the lot but only if this is fixed. Are you aware of this and can it be fixed?

We will look into this right away and either get back to you privately or, if this something that could relate to others, on the forums. In general, we have had very smooth sailing but obviously downloads are dependent on a number of factors only some of which we have full control over. We will make absolutely sure you can pick up all your files OK, of course, and hope that the remedy will encourage you to continue the experience!
Hi, i am still waiting for my download problem to be fixed, it seems now that the files that i have paid for have been removed from My Purchases section. I sill haven't been able to download the following 3 files, Noise Gates, EQ & Drums, hope this can be fixed as you have my money! i have nothing
Hi Mark, I know you have been contacted by email but just so others know... purchases remain in your My purchases for 7 days, after which they automatically expire. Obviously we can reinstate them if you were not able to complete the download process by that time, which we have done. Hope everything will be smooth from now on!
