In the mixing videos there's a plug for a CD containing Test tones and other utilities for setting up and checking a mixing board etc.
My mixer has a test tone built in but I'm not sure if I'm to route this from the Aux send back to an input channel. I also have a CT100 Cable tester which has two test tones available for checking but it warns in the manual that this should not be used as a reference signal because the voltage depends on the strength i.e. age of the 9V Battery and therefore cannot be guaranteed. It's a pity that more information was not supplied about calibration of the mixer esp. in regard to recording: This is a sad oversight. Also a short discussion between pro/commercial db levels would have not been amiss.
Anyway, it seems to me I've seen a reference to this CD somewhere but I seem at a loss to find it now. I even checked on KeyFax but couldn't find it.
Is there a link somewhere to find more info about this CD or even order it?
