HI
When trying to download (I have bought the 3 dvd set so I have all copies available) most chapters, the download stops at a certain point and then completely stops. I have checked my server and nothing appears amiss. Is there something I'm not doing right?(I right click at the appropriate point) I have tried several times over several days. Maybe my mac is setup wrong or another reason why the server stops on me. (from Australia). Any ideas?

Yes i am having the same trouble, the strange thing is that i can stream the video over and over again if i want ( but it's not, i need to download it to watch it when i need to) but as soon as i download it goes so slow that eventually it freezes, it slows to about 28Kbps but when i downloaded the section on recording a Choir it works fine at about 145Kbps, i have downloaded that section 3 times as a test, but the 3 sections that i need i have no luck at all, it's not my connection or ISP, just hope they can fix it before i give up,
