In the part 2 of the Mixing scene I saw that I could find the final mix of the song online...
My question is, where I can find it? Or, when it will come out?
Thank You!
The track was due to be released digitally on April 6th but unfortunately the record company involved ran into issues and Alan is now talking with another label. We'll have an announcement about this within the next week or so I feel.
It would be great to see this new song released as a physical CD-Single, maybe side by side with a pair of other AP unreleased tracks from the archives!
The digital - analog comparison tracks can be downloaded from the resources page http://artandscienceofsound.com/files under Consoles and Controllers. These are the files referred to I believe, but this is not the final mix.
We will make an official announcement as soon as all ink, i's, t's, people, places, animals, and runes are dry, dotted, crossed and cast but currently we believe the official release will be June 8th.
I've received your E-Mail with the above mentioned link but the downloaded Zip file is either corrupt or invalid. I've tried downloading it a number of times always with the same result.
I know it's not the connection or PC as I also just downloaded the new Cubase 5.5 update and the manuals the latter also being in a zip file - which gives no problem.
P.S. The E-Mail mentions 8MB - the downloaded Zip file is only 1557KB
I was wondering and kind of hoping that as part of the package, you folks would make the individual stems for the song All Our Yesterdays available for download. As a long time AP fan to be able to use some of his instrumentation in one of my Record/Reason tracks would thrill me to no end. I'm keeping my fingers crossed. (but not while I'm making music)

Ok, thank you for the reply!
Hope to hear some news soon!

Are there any news about the release of the song?

The song has been released yesterday from Authentik Records.
When we(those who have pre-ordered the DVDs) will receive the coupon code to download it for free?
Thanks,
Federico
We are indeed making a special download available to those who have pre-ordered the DVD. We will be emailing all concerned this week!

Hope you get this sorted :-)
Walk softly and carry a big USB stick
Tried it again today and it worked.
Maybe I tried to download it before it was completely uploaded?
Sounds great, I've only been able to listen to it in earbuds 'til now.

No email received here so far...
John - :(
What about those of us that have bought all the download content? Those that don't require the actual CD?
Also what else will the download only purchasers be missing?
And I mean those of us that have downloaded the FULL series not just a few vids..
