It's a commercial video DVD. I've never had a problem playing one in either a computer or a player, aside from one that someone burned themselves when the format of the players and the disk don't match.

There are DVDs that carry data information such as program installations and OSes which obviously aren't going to play in a video DVD player. Perhaps that is your concern?
Easy question, could mean the difference between a sale or no sale, will the DVD's work in standard dvd player?

So sorry for the late, late reply. Just slipped through the net I'm afraid.
The DVD will work on computer and set-top, yes. The content is DVD video.
