I prefert my video embodied in polarized rust particles rather than silvered pits and lands. To that end I'd like an option to pre-purchase downloads only.
Seeing how the pre-purchase price of the DVD set is discounted 1/3 at $99 from $149, how about making the pre-purchase download-only set $79 as opposed to $119. I save twenty bucks and you save a tree.

This is a very reasonable-sounding request and we'll look into it. At the moment you already will be able to order another 6-pack of the next batch of sections so by the time all is complete (24 sections) the math automatically comes out as you wish. At that time we may, as you suggest, make a single 'download-only' price so people don't have to purchase 4 6-packs. We have also had requests from people who ordered a 6-pack and who now wish to purchase the DVD version. We're seeing if we can find a way for them put their 6-pack price towards the DVD price. We want this series to be as comfortable for everyone to view and purchase so do ask if there are any other options we're missing.
We do like saving trees though!
