Please help me. I payed for 3 downloads, but was unable to remain by my PC for such a long time, so that after the first download the deal expired. How do I get the rest of what I payed for?
"No purchased content has been found that is available to you. Content which has expired will not be displayed." That's the message in the My Downloads section. What now?
I got the same... I received one and the others tellme I am not authorized? I think the server is timing out. I have attempted a few times..Could be large traffic volume.
still boots me off after about 10%...it just stalls and then eventually says not authorized. I purchased the combo for 19.95 or whatever it was...anyone else having issues still?
We are indeed getting a lot of traffic, which may exacerbate this issue but these are the only cases we're aware of where the downloads seem not to have downloaded properly. Just so everyone is clear, after download purchase you actually have 1 year to re-download the sections so the timeouts may be something imposed at local ISP level?
If experiencing problems, RE-LOAD the page and new links will automatically be generated so you can download the sections you've purchased.
We will try to monitor your purchases specifically to see if there's anything else we can do at our end. So sorry you're experiencing these difficulties. Orders have been going through very smoothly but obviously hiccups can occur. We will make sure you get your sections as soon as humanly possible of course.

What you mean with "local ISP level" ? If my purchases aren´t available after 2 days (and it should be for 1 year), so there´s a problem with YOUR server !

Why not all who purchased the "GATES" vid haven´t got a simple new download link per email ? Would be the simplest way imo !

In general, though, any missing files should be retrievable by making sure you are logged in (a login link will be visible on the right hand side of the page if you're not), then go to My Purchases and re-load the page. New links will appear.
Although this is no comfort to those waiting, 99% of purchases are working just fine. Please do contact info@artandscienceofsound with any specific issues. Due to the holidays this might take a little longer if it is server-related.

May I request that you provide the service that I expect from people working with AP and setup the website to not only be easier to use but is also intelligent to people who have already spent money with you.
I would also add, that it would be nice to have access to downloading the interviews, not everyone has access to the internet at their place of work

As I have downloaded my purchases O.K I am not too worried as I burnt them to DVD. But the problem stll exists on this site, is this site being hacked?? (by Braindump??) as some posts are way out of place and have no revelence to this site?? I know you will try and fix this but I would check out where these abnormal posts are comming from as it would ring alarm bells if it was happening on my own site.
I believe these will still be re-downloadable in if you look in your My Purchases. Let us know if not, though, OK?
