I'm getting audio sync problems with the downloaded mp4. Also digital glitches in the video. So far only on the Gate video. Please let me know if there is a fix version I can download.

Our server has fixed the codec bug that was affecting people's viewing of this section. Everything is now running smoothly and we are in the process of contacting those with the section to get them access to the fixed version.
Again, many apologies for this. It took rather longer to figure out than it should and we greatly appreciate everyone's pateience.
My order 990273 included this glitched video. When can I replace it? I am no longer able to access my purchases for download. I'd like to get this replaced because the old one was pretty awful.
Sorry to hear about this. Have you been able to download the section OK or is the download failing? We don;t have any reports of there being any on-going issue with the section itself (we found a glitch initially but the video was replaced weeks ago and is fine) but please let us know whether this is a problem of downloading, or in viewing once downloaded. We will get you up and running of course.
by 19 minutes in the audio gets so choppy that it becomes unwatchable. Any suggestions?
I'm using QT 7.6 on G5 OSX 10.4.11
