I have bought the first few sections for streaming and now I'd like to buy the downloads. However when I enter the 'ppv_credit' coupon code in my shopping cart it says "code is invalid or expired". I've tried doing the whole process while the section is being streamed, but this doesn't seem to help.

How can I get the purchase price of the streaming video applied to the download purchase, as described on the section page?
