This can't right... is this site a rip off site??

I have just bought the the hole set for 99 us,
and then I have to download file by file???
Why not compres and give me the option to download the hole thing in one go??

The worst part is the text saying:

Do you really think with downloading one file at the time is made within 15 minutes?

Where is the contact info to get a hold of you guys??
