I preordered the DVD on 2010 July 11. As such, I downloaded the sessions available, though the vocal session was not showing up under "my purchases." I sent an email on 2010 July 18 to "orders@keyfax.com," but I did not receive a reply.

Since then, new sessions have shown up in "my purchases" 1) A Live Tracking Session and 2) Dealing with Disasters. However, still no vocals.

I have now been able to download 23 of the 24 lessons, but the vocals are still missing. I sent another email and did not get a reply.

What do I have to do to get help downloading the vocal lesson???
