I purchased the full 24 video program and downloaded 14 of the videos at the time of purchase.
Now, two months later I am logged in and trying to download the rest and all I see is price tags and no direct download link. How can I get the rest of the videos? I have studio acoustics / consoles & controllers / microphones / digital audio and computers / midi / monitoring / eq / compressors / noise gates / delays / vocals / drums / acoustic guitar with vocals / and choir.
Therefore I need download links to 1) A brief history 2) Reverb 3) Delays 4) A band tracking session 5) Internet recording 6) Bass 7) Guitars 8) Approaches to live recording 9) Mixing and 10) Dealing with disasters.

Hi there. The downloads default to being available for two weeks after purchase but if you need them again or need more time we can re-activate them. We'll go ahead and do that for you of course.

My downloads are between 5 and 11 days old yet they have all disappeared. Amongst other things, it means I can't take the quiz for the most recent download. Could I get these re-activated please?
