I think that shipment costs to Europe are too expensive ($31 the cheapest). In fact, I've been tempted to buy cool things from Keyfax's stores many times, but when I'm in the last page and I see the shipment price I end up turning away. Sometimes the shipment cost is higher than the item itself. Can't justify to pay more than a third the price of the 3 set DVD just for shipping.
Keyfax, you seriously need to find a cheaper way to send articles to your Europe customers. I know the prices could be cheaper and equally safe, since I have also bought from other shops in USA with much more reasonable shipment prices.

This is an on-going issue, yes. Our charges are simply based upon UPS modules and while they may not be the cheapest, they are at least 100% reliable and/or safe. Sad to say we have all bar abandoned the US postal service as they offer no tracking, and, in our experience, can take up to 2 years to pay for lost or damaged items for which insurance has been taken out.
While the online versions of this series obviously carries no shipping charge whatsoever we do appreciate that there are many European customers who would like the DVD. We are looking into all forms of solution here and we do appreciate that the current European shipping costs look steep. That said, at least the pre-release discounted price saves 1/3 of the purchase price so this, we hope, helps somewhat!

The download is nice but in my opinion this unique product deserves to be owned in physical form, and enjoyed at maximum video and audio quality.
