Hi, I purchased a series of downloads (order 994457) on 23/6/10 however I was unable to download them.
I had to go on holiday the day after, have just returned to try and download them again however the link had expired.
Is there any way that the downlaods can be initialised again?

We give a reasonable amount of time for people to download their content but situations like this do of course happen and we'll be glad to reactivate your purchases. Given that it is a holiday today, this may take another 24 hours to process but we will do so at the earliest possible opportunity.
