hey
i bought all 24 sections of the ASSR downloads a couple of days ago. I’m trying to download the videos to my hard drive so i don't have to login to view them and use up bandwidth that I’m sharing with others.
so far i have been able to download one video and then on other videos the download bar will stop in the middle and cease to download. i've never had any problems with downloads on this PC ever before, but just to make sure i took all the steps possible to make certain it wasn't my connection. clearing all cache, temps files, i have over 200gb free on my hard drive. disabled virus scanner. reset router. tried at different times throughout the day/night. restarted my PC. etc...
then i ended up spending money to buy a program called 'Getright' which takes internet explorer out of the download process. this solved the problem for two sections of the program, however when i try to acquire the next video it keeps saying that the 'server returned an error response 403 = Forbidden', this is starting the become a little irritating.
any idea what is going on, I’d really like to watch these great videos.

Hello there. This does sound like a local issue I'm afraid (your ISP) but we will look into it right away and see if anything is awry at this end. We do complete hundreds and hundreds of downloads very week without problems but obviously this is a large amount of data and your ISP 'might' not react very well. Without checking your order Im not sure if you are located in what might be considered a remote part of the world by a US server but that might also be a factor. The broadband i use is 20mb unlimited i have quite often downloaded very large amounts of data in the dozens of gigabyte range where I’ve not had any problems in the 4 years that I’ve been with my ISP, Hopefully nothing has changed there. I’m going to continue trying to find a solution on my end but i have tried everything i can think of at the moment.

EDIT: i have now managed to download all the videos, although was not easy. i had to have the video streaming while i copy the URL from the 'Click to Save' link, i'd then have to keep the video steam on screan and on pause while downloading it using GetRightPro, otherwise i would get the 'forbidden' error after a few minutes.
