I just bought 14 of the videos and downloaded them, but just one of them plays...?
I have all possible players so it can't be the case, besides as I said one is playing without problem on my Windows player. I have Windows 7 if it's important. A little help would be great.

Ok, I'm trying to download them one by one, but after some time it stops...
I have DSL and I'm not able to download them in 15 minutes...
We're looking at your order and seeing what the problem is. Don't worry, we have hundreds of successful downloads every day but local (mostly) issues sometimes impede normal service but we always help you get things figured out!

As you'll see described in our FAQs, the 15 minutes is only the live time of a particular instance of the link. As long as you have access to the page, you can reload the page and a new link, good for another 15 minutes, will be generated.
The 15 minutes is only the time alloted to START the download, not total download time.
If your time is going to expire and you haven't finished downloading your content, just email us.
