Anyone else having problems?
I purchased 3 more vids last night and they all stall out after about 15% of the way. I decided to try again today (this time one vid at a time) but it craps out after about 17 Mb or so. My connection is fine (grabbed something big via yousend as well as my ftp server)
I'm on the latest version of Safari.
any help would be great!

and it stalled out at 7.8mb. Maybe someone else here could try going to their "my purchases" and try re-downloading one of your purchases and see if you get the same issue?

We're checking this out but if two machines have same problem then it sounds like a server issue. We'll make sure there's nothing awry at this end and report back to you of course.
I've had the same problem with my downloads they have hiccups and stutters in parts of the program I since resorted to streaming

I just read that I have two weeks to download them. The stalling is making this hard to achieve..
The downloads are obviously dependent on people's access and geography and while the overwhelming majority of people are able to conclude the downloads OK there are places and systems that can and do pose a problem. Anyone experiencing such please contact us direct at info@keyfax.com and we'll see if can find a more direct solution for you.
