At 15.02, just after Alan says:
"Just one final word about computer crashes: if youre working on something...",
...the audio and video abruptly cuts out and the screen changes to a blue background with the message:
"a fatal exception OE has occured at F0AD:42494C4C...the current application will be terminated..." etc.
Is this intentional or an error? Given the subject matter I'm not entirely sure, although this may just be a bizarre coincidence. Either way I don't think its clear. Can ASSR or anyone please clarify?

I thought it was hallarious that Mr. Parson ended it like he did;
