
Today's Google Doodle is an incredible tribute to the late Bob Moog, pioneer of electronic music and inventor of the Moog synthesizer. Risk spending hours of your day with the interactive (and HTML 5 Web Audio API-dependent) sound generator and recorder.
Google have really outdone themselves this time. Unfortunately, the click-and-jam experience only seems to work on Chrome and Firefox browsers. As much as we would love to play the web synth on our iPhones and iPads, it is not currently possible. Still, you should fire up the page on a computer since the whole affair is really quite amazing. As this doodle is a sign of things to come (Google is always experimenting with emerging technologies), we cannot wait for the future of web audio production!
